The Scanpan Vintage Fry Pan has a large cooking area that’s far too massive for 3-egg omelets. We couldn’t make an even layer of eggs just before folding, and that resulted inside of a lumpy omelet. The pan’s straight sides yielded 50 percent-flipped hash browns. It did have excellent warmth distribution, however.But there’s minimal to no P
